Someone else offered above list and offered to pay closing costs.
House 2: 38th Grandville
Turned out to be pending already when we made an offer.
House 3: Carmel Grandville
An estate house. 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, unfinished basement, shed roof, beautiful wooded lot. We're excited to do some updating inside. Love the location. Inspections this week Tuesday. More pictures to come.
