Today is my brother's 8th heaven birthday. KC, Ki and I bought 3 stems of roses from Hudsonville floral and brought them to his tree outside Beets/Veenstra at Calvin. KC and I talked about our last memories of him on the way there. I can't wait to see him again someday. His plaque has Lamentations 3: 22-23 written on it.

Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

I went through my little Mike box and found this birthday card that he gave me when I turned 21. A true Calvinist. I don't know why Blogger is rotating this?!
